Receive admissions and / or transfers to the unit\nInitial and ongoing systematic patient assessment\nTimely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems\nInterpret assessment / diagnostic data including labs and telemetry\nEnsure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately\nCompetence in Rapid Response and code events\nInstruct and counsel patients / families\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nQualifications

Minimum Qualifications : \nValid State Registered Nurse (RN) License\nBLS is required at hire.\nACLS is required within 6 months of hire\nPreferred Qualifications : \nClinical experience
