We’re seeking an experienced Construction Estimator – Design / Build of warehouses, distribution centers, assembly / manufacturing experience to join a nationally recognized General Contractor. This is a Full-Time position for its on-going light industrial construction projects.

We are open to candidates willing to work from regional offices in Dallas (TX), Jacksonville (FL) and Kansas City, (KS) Austin (TX).

Estimator Responsibilities :

• Read and interpret plans and specifications
• Develop estimates and bids for design build light industrial construction projects
• Conduct material-take offs and develop cost estimates within the light industrial construction industry
• Experience of Estimating S / w (SAGE, On-Screen, Plan Swift, Bluebeam, Timberline etc.)
• Actively involved in negotiating or scope clarifications with subcontractors to get the best number
• Coordinate and communicate with all the stakeholders from time to time
• Detail oriented and data driven, strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical and multi-tasking skills required

Estimator Qualification :

Compensation :

Up to $130,000 / year based on experience
