Automotive Technician

Our techs love working here. We work hard, get paid well, and enjoy our time off. We are a premium option for automotive repair so we have happy customers who choose us for a reason and plenty of nice cars to maintain. Our shop is equipt with 2 lifts per tech and we create an environment for each technician to succeed. Our unique pay plan pays you based on your individual production but a portion is bonused on team production so it keeps us all working together to get the job done. We don't need to lock our tool boxes and we leave before 4 : 30pm most days. During business hours we work our asses off but do it in a structured manner so there's minimal chaos.

Requirements :

• Positive Attitude.
• 40 units per week minimum production.
• Valid drivers license.
• Full time Monday through Friday availability.
