Job descriptionExpertise and experience in designing, developing, implementing, communicating, administering, and evaluating human resources programs, with emphasis in compensation and classification in large (i.e., over 4,000 employees) geographically dispersed organizations with a technical, multi-faceted mission of national scope. Demonstrated successful experience in designing and implementing innovative private and public sector compensation and pay for performance programs, and / or expertise in a unionized environment. Experience in job analysis and evaluation, with expertise in making accurate Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) exemption determinations, and demonstrated ability to successfully defend those decisions to employees, management, and / or outside parties. Expertise in state-of-the art compensation, pay for performance, and awards programs, with the ability to tailor such programs to a public-sector regulatory / operational organization. Knowledge of existing laws and regulations pertaining to the federal compensation, classification, performance, and recognition programs, and to the federal financial regulatory agencies. Responsible for all activities associated with customized training CFSAN's systems and applications in the FDA technical environment. Assigns personnel various training activities to accomplish training goals and objectives identified in the individual task orders. Reviews and evaluates training material. Assists with advertising, facilitating, and conducting training courses. Teamwork ability to foster teamwork collaboratively as a participant and effectively as a team leader Leadership the ability to guide and lead colleagues on projects and initiatives Business Acumen understanding and insight into how organizations perform, including business processes, data, systems, and people Communication ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders of all levels orally and in writing Motivation persistent in pursuit of quality and optimal client and company solutions Agility ability to quickly understand and transition between different projects, concepts, initiatives, or workstreams Judgment exercises prudence and insight in the decision-making process while being mindful of other stakeholders and long-term ramifications Organization the ability to manage projects and actions and prioritize tasks Business Tools understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, and proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary. ProSidian Employee & Contractor Referral Bonus Program : ProSidian Consulting will pay up to 5k for all referrals employed for 90 days for candidates submitted through our Referral Program. Performance Incentives : Due to the nature of our consulting engagements, there are performance incentives associated with each new client that each employee works to pursue and support. Flexible Spending Account : FSAs help you pay for eligible out-of-pocket health care and dependent daycare expenses on a pre-tax basis. Training Manager

The FDA is seeking small business sources to determine the availability and capability of small business manufacturers or small businesses capable of IT System Lifecycle Development and Management Support Services. The scope of the contract includes providing Custom Computer Programming Services to the FDA and CFSAN; and to maintain, support, and evolve code, scripts, views, triggers, jobs, designs, documentation, reports, and templates.
The Blanket Purchase Agreement is divided into the following (9) Task Areas :

- Task 2 : O&M and DME Architecture Support Services
- Task 3 : Development, Modernization, and Major Enhancement
- Task 4 : Systems Integration and Engineering Services
- Task 5 : Data Migration and Management Support

- Task 8 : Training Support for O&M and DME
- Task 9 : Transition Activities
Enterprise Performance Lifecycle (EPLC) Agile Methodology : The Food and Drug Administration maintains a project management methodology framework that incorporates best government and commercial practices through a consistent and repeatable process, and provides a standard structure for planning, managing and overseeing IT projects over their entire life cycle.
