Job descriptionAbility to work in a physically demanding environment with exposure to raw meat and processing areas. Comfortable using sharp tools and operating heavy machinery. Must follow strict safety, hygiene, and USDA regulations. Able to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions. Willingness to work in cold, wet, or warm environments, depending on plant location. Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Previous experience in meat processing or manufacturing preferred but not required.

Monday - Friday
7 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm
$14.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Perform initial meat processing operations including skinning, trimming, sorting, and carcass inspection.
- Use tools and equipment such as knives, saws, scissors, grinders, crushers, and scales.
- Crack cattle skulls and operate equipment in accordance with safety and processing protocols.
- Load products into machines and operate packaging, labeling, and boxing systems.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by using power washers, squeegees, and other sanitation tools.
- Clean and sanitize all workstations and equipment used in processing.
- Rotate through various tasks and roles based on production needs and USDA standards.
