• Strong experience in orthopedic procedures and surgical techniques
• Proficiency with surgical instruments, equipment, and OR protocols
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Strong teamwork and leadership abilities
• High attention to detail and adherence to established procedures
• Physical stamina for long surgical days and patient handling
