AlliedTravelCareers is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) in Pasco, Washington, 99301!

Pay Information

$1,851 per week

About The Position

Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapist

Job Specialty : Occupational Therapist

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Monday-Friday, Days

Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week

Experience : New graduates are welcome; prior SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience is preferred.

License : State License Verification required

Certifications : Must-Have :

  • Prescreen filled out and attached
  • Resume and license verification attached upon submission
  • Three professional references

Job Description :

  • Ensure completion and attachment of prescreen, resume, and license verification when submitting a candidate to avoid declination.
  • Covid test required 72 hours prior to the start date, with results issued 48 hours before the start date.

  • Three References
  • County Criminal Background Check (7 years for all counties lived and worked)
  • Federal Criminal Background Check (7 years or more)
  • Multi-State Criminal Search (7 years or more)

  • GSA Search
  • Social Security Number Trace
  • 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray
  • SAM Search
  • Washington State Background with Fingerprints (facility-run)
  • Position urgency is normal.
  • Bilingual is not required.
  • Holiday coverage is not required.
