About The Position

Requirements : Board Certified, ACLS, BLS. Open to candidates with an Active PA License OR IMLC

Schedule :

Providers who can cover clinic and call and / or clinic only - FT availability plus more

Schedule :

• Mon-Sun | 24hr call 8a-8a (8a-5p clinic then 5p-8a off-site call)
• May occasionally cover call and clinic during the day only 8a-5p on Fridays

APP / Mid-Level Coverage : Typically 8a-12p

Other specialties on-site : CT Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, EPTrauma / ACSOrtho, Trauma, Ortho, Neurosurgery

AVG # of patients per day : Anywhere from 3 to 10 per day

AVG # of consults per day : Typically 5 or 6 new consults

Typical day includes :  Inpatient rounding, consults, reading images, TEEs, proctoring stress tests (occasionally), etc. Will have a PA-C with them in the AM to assist most days
