Rate : $30.00hour to $34.00 / hour Plus Sign-On-Bonus $3,000Shift : Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 3 : 00pm-11 : 00PM or 11 : 00pm-7 : 00am

What You’ll Be Doing :

Oversee and guide LPN and CNA staff on your unit

Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance

Provide hands-on care and assist with treatments as needed

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Lead by example, promote teamwork, and foster a positive work environment

Support the RN Supervisor and Director of Nursing in overall clinical operations

What You’ll Need : Active LPN or RN

Previous long-term care or supervisory experience preferred

Leadership skills with a compassionate, team-oriented approach

Excellent communication and organizational skills

A true passion for senior care
