Education & Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree or related Human Resources background
- Two years of direct recruitment experience in the field
- Familiar with all variety of recruitment practices

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
The Healthcare Recruiter aspect of recruitment including :
- Responsible for Full Cycle recruitment of healthcare professionals
- Regularly reports to Head of HR with weekly progress updates
- Regularly partners with hiring manager to anticipate and plan for provider staffing needs in advance of required start date
- Sources candidates through cold calling, search engines, referrals, networking, career fairs, and other avenues
- Makes recommendations regarding recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings
- Follow-up with applicants regarding their applicant status
- Post job requisitions following approved budgets to both internal and external websites
- Screen applicants as well as conduct phone and in-person interviews to ensure applicants meet licensing, certification, education and experience requirements
- Creates and sends internal status change letters to employees
- Manages relationships with external agencies and vendors who advertise and promote targeted jobs
- Develops and maintains relationships with colleges, agencies, and other sources of high-quality candidates
- Establish an effective talent acquisition strategy to build a world class team
- Other duties may be assigned, as required
