Recruiting Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Assistant to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience sourcing and recruiting for professional positions within the government, oil & gas, construction, and engineering sectors. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS).

Key Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and pre-qualify candidates for a variety of professional positions.
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing methods to attract top talent.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions to attract qualified applicants.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements and priorities.
• Support onboarding processes and ensure all pre-employment documentation is completed.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide reports as needed.
