What We're Looking For

• Strong Organizational Skills : Ability to manage customer information flows (RFQs, POs, SDRs, OORs) and meet deadlines.
• Strong Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, remaining composed under stress.
• Understanding of Manufacturing : Experience in manufacturing environments to quickly grasp Hadrian's processes and constraints.
• Proficiency with Basic Software Tools : Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Flow, Airtable, with the ability to learn new tools rapidly.
