Business Development Representative

Duties & Essential Functions :

• Implement strategic business development plans to accommodate corporate goals.
• Note brief history or the reason for visit in the patient’s chart.
• Meet referral target forecasting activities and performance goals.
• Review demographics of assigned territory to determine customer needs, competitive pressures, and market share growth opportunities.
• Maintain control over assigned business development districts, territories, and monthly targets.
• Deliver presentations to key referral sources.
• Meet with key referral sources on an ongoing basis as a means of developing and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Delivering proficient language translation support as needed or applicable to ensure effective communication with patients and staff
• Effectively manages monthly budget allotted.
