Your Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity and data-driven insights.Collaborate with Retail leadership to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytical frameworks.Transform ambiguous business questions into actionable analytical plans.Oversee the development, delivery, and refinement of BI solutions, including dashboards and reports, using SQL and BI platforms such as Tableau and Power BI.Effectively communicate complex findings and strategic recommendations to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover insights and identify opportunities for growth or optimization using SQL, BI tools, and programming languages like Python or R.Manage the design and enhancement of core Retail dashboards, ensuring relevance and clarity.Promote data literacy and best practices in data governance.Work with central data teams to inform the design of data models and support retail analytics capabilities.Champion data quality and governance within the Retail analytics domain.What We Offer

5-7+ years in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics with progressive responsibility.2-3+ years of experience in leading projects or managing analytical staff.Proven ability to convert business needs into analytical outcomes in a retail context.Expertise in SQL for advanced data extraction and analysis.Strong experience with BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) including dashboard creation.Exceptional skills in data storytelling and presentation.Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.Insightful problem-solving skills in a retail environment.Familiarity with data preparation tools (e.g., dbt, sqlmesh).Experience with programming languages like Python or R.Exposure to statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.Knowledge of cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).Passion for data quality and fostering a data-centric culture.Pay Range : $136,200.00 - $204,200.00, influenced by experience level, skills, and geographic location.
