Were opening our flagship location at Tempe Marketplace and are looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused front desk professional to join our growing team.
What Youll Do
Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression.Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage provider and room schedules efficiently.Handle check-in / check-out, process payments, and maintain accurate records.Present membership options and assist clients in selecting the right plan.Support marketing promotions, referral programs, and social media engagement.What Were Looking For
2+ years of customer service, sales, or front desk experience (medical or spa experience a plus).Outgoing, professional communicator with strong organizational skills.Sales-oriented mindset and experience with membership programs.Tech-savvy with scheduling / POS software; comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred.Passion for health, wellness, and helping others feel their best.Perks & Compensation
