Skills and Requirements :
Minimum :Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales. Alternatively, a Master's degree with 2 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of experience totaling 8 years.A proven track record in sales and business development, with an emphasis on identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships.Extensive experience in prospecting and engaging both new and existing clients, tailoring strategies to meet their needs.Capability to achieve individual sales targets and develop new business.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.A valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and foster lasting client relationships.Preferred :Solid understanding of digital advertising including streaming, video, audio, social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), email marketing, and paid search.Experience selling a diverse range of customized and digital advertising solutions.Awareness of industry trends to uncover new business possibilities.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for tracking activities.Take the next step in your career by applying today!
Compensation : $46,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
This position offers a base salary with potential for an annual incentive / commission target ranging from $69,000.00 to $103,400.00.
Cox Media provides flexibility in vacation policy, offering paid time off and up to 160 hours of paid wellness time annually for personal or family wellness needs. Additional paid leave includes aspects such as bereavement, military leave, and parental leave.
