The Lion Brewery is seeking highly motivated, goal driven candidates for Production Worker positions.

Responsibilities :

• Start machinery and make adjustments to machinery when necessary to improve performance
• Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions
• Execute product changeovers
• Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance
• Complete necessary job qualification within the designated timeframe
• Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor
• Comply with all safety regulations- All employees are expected to use proper PPEs while at work which includes safety shoes (steel toes), safety glasses and hard hat
• Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area
• Be part of the team and help with other tasks when necessary
• Effectively work with supervisors, mechanics and other workers to ensure timely and accurate work.
• Must be available to work any shift 2nd, 3rd, alternative work week schedule, and overtime.
• Employee must be able to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills, able to work comfortably in a fast-paced changeover environment
• Responsible for their own attendance and reliability
• Expected to come to work when scheduled, on time, and ready to work
• Expected to make the necessary arrangements in their personal life to be at work as scheduled

Qualifications :

Job offer contingent on passing background check, drug testing, and completion of pre-employment screening.
