Cross Paths is actively seeking professional individuals with the skill sets to engage and inspire youth. Individuals seeking employment with Cross Paths must be able to work with teenage youth ages 6-15

Our youth need consistency, nurturing, structure and positive adult role models. Appropriate professional boundaries with youth, staff and outside agencies are required. Individuals must be able to implement team goals and objectives as well as adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining excellent customer service. 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm = 8hrs (option#1)

2 : 30pm-10 : 30pm= 8hrs (option#2)

8 : 30am-10 : 30pm= 14hr (option#3)

Requirements for this position :

Youth Specialist must be able to pass PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN AND CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS and OBTAIN AN ARIZONA D.P.S CLASS 1 CLEARANCE CARD.
