Senior Underwriting Consultant

A company is looking for a Senior Underwriting Consultant to analyze health benefit plans and assess risks to meet financial targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare financial experience rating calculations and ongoing financial reviews aligned with client strategies

Validate renewals and proposals for accuracy, including utilization and experience reporting

Evaluate and negotiate pricing alternatives for New Business and Renewal groups with customers

Required Qualifications :

6+ years of experience in healthcare underwriting for various products (PPO, HMO, self-funded, etc.)

Intermediate proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
