50 miles radius rule

Required License / Certs : AHA BLS and PT License

Minimum Experience : 1-2 Years of experience required as PT (will accept new grads)

Outpatient Clinic Experience REQUIRED

Travel experience STRONGLY preferred

Charting experience : EPIC experience within the last year REQUIRED
