Receptionist Tax Preparation Office

Our tax preparation firm is seeking a professional and dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This position requires a high level of organization, professionalism, and customer service to support the efficient operation of our office during the busy tax season.

Key Responsibilities :

Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner

Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments

Greet clients upon arrival and facilitate the check-in process

Maintain an orderly and welcoming reception area

Assist with administrative duties including filing, scanning, and data entry

Provide clerical support to tax preparers and management as required

Qualifications :

Prior experience in reception, administrative support, or customer service preferred

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Professional demeanor and appearance

Position Details :

Seasonal, full-time hours during tax season

Compensation based on experience
