Overview
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and provide support and guidance. You'll use fashion and product knowledge to give customers the information they need for the best experience. You will also work on garment refill & care, presentation and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service : welcome and guide customers through the store and OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service
- Engage with customers to deliver excellent service
- Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store
- Promote and sell products effectively
- Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
- Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions
- Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team
- Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care
- Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices and processes
- Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms)
- Support garment presentation, execution and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends and stories according to visual & commercial guidelines
- Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor
- Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role
