Position Summary

In an office setting, the Market Survey Researcher conducts investigative market research via outbound calls. They gather and verify information and perform data quality control activities. This opportunity offers base pay plus incentives. Experience in sales, collections, investigations, or an industrial sector is encouraged to apply.

Skills & Abilities

Education : High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience : One to two years related experience

Computer Skills : One or more years of experience with technology including computer systems; ability to quickly learn new software; prior work in database entry preferred

Other Requirements : One or more years of experience using the phone as a business tool, preferably outbound calls

Other Physical Requirements : Vision (Near) and Sense of Hearing for conducting phone interviews

Work Environment : General office environment with favorable lighting and temperature, no hazardous or unpleasant conditions
