Job descriptionHandle full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with precision and efficiency. Perform ledger reconciliations and maintain accurate balance sheet and P&L reports. Process accruals, job-based entries, and monthly reconciliations with meticulous attention to detail. Partner with the Controller to enhance accounting processes and implement improvements. Proven experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and general bookkeeping. Solid knowledge of accrual and project / job-based accounting practices. Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop.
Location : SE Houston
Compensation : $20 - $30 per hour (paid overtime opportunity)
