Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit , caring for a diverse patient population, including :
Post-operative craniotomies and spine surgeriesStroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke ProgramMedical overflow casesAs part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII) , you will gain exposure to the latest neurosurgical techniques.

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.Recognize changes in patient conditions and adapt care plans as needed.Promote patient safety and implement effective discharge planning.Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives.Demonstrate effective communication and leadership skills.Participate in professional development and competency training.Licensure, Registration, and / or Certification Required :
Valid Registered Nurse license.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Education and Experience Required :
Completion of an accredited Nursing program.Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Excellent patient care and communication skills.Proficient in technology and electronic medical record systems.Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions :
