Vice President of Finance

We're seeking an outstanding Vice President of Finance to join a dynamic, fast-growing FinTech company in Miami. This strategic role is ideal for a finance leader passionate about driving financial performance and leveraging treasury management in a technology-driven environment. The position offers a clear path to Chief Financial Officer , within 12–18 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with long-term business objectives
• Oversee and optimize treasury operations to ensure strong liquidity management and effective risk mitigation
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, driving accuracy, discipline, and accountability across the organization
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and maintain robust compliance and internal control frameworks
• Partner with executive leadership to deliver actionable financial insights that support strategic decisions
• Design and implement scalable financial systems, tools, and processes to enable growth and operational excellence
• Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance business performance
• Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, auditors, and other key external stakeholders
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team that embodies accountability and drives results
• Demonstrate strategic leadership and financial acumen to position for a future transition into the CFO role
