Job descriptionRemote take-over skills a plus. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact positively with clients. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various local sites. Work is done at customer locations. Work shift : 1st Weekend coverage : No On call : No Travel required : Yes

Job Description
Duration : 12 months with possible extension
Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets.
- Configure and install common applications.
- Install and remove desktop PCs and monitors.
