Outside Sales Representative
Location : Coral Springs, FL

We’re seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to promote our full range of services : precision sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, laser cutting, stamping, screw machining, and wire EDM. This role requires regular travel and on-site customer visits, so confidence in face-to-face client engagement is a must.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect & Grow - Identify new B2B opportunities through research, cold calling, referrals, and industry networking
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on understanding their needs and delivering solutions
- Sales Execution – Conduct on-site visits, deliver presentations, and negotiate deals to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
- Team Collaboration – Coordinate with engineering, production, and customer service to ensure successful project delivery
- Market Awareness – Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer demands to spot new opportunities
- Brand Representation – Attend trade shows, events, and client meetings to represent Decimal and grow the company’s presence

Requirements : What You Bring
3–5 years of B2B outside sales experience (manufacturing or industrial preferred)Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goalsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings (a plus)CRM software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft OfficeBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationWillingness to travel regularly (up to 50%) and conduct in-person customer visitsBonus Points For
