LanceSoft is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care for a travel job in Fairmont, West Virginia.

Job Description & Requirements

Required Certifications LPN, BLS, WV Cares Common diagnoses / Types of patients Deconditioned, FS, post surgery, falls, dialysis, CHF, Stroke Experience or 'Must have' skills IV, blood draws, medication administration, customer service, experience working as a LPN in hospital and or skilled nursing, EPIC knowledge preferred Job Duties : i.e. Blood Sugars, Insertion of Straight Catheter, EKGs, Insertion or Removal of IV's? blood sugars, insertion of catheters, IV removal, medication management, documentation skills.

Additional Notes EPIC is documentation system and Omnicell is our pharmacy dispensing unit.
