Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance department functions and patient experiences. Engage in continuous professional development and mentorship opportunities. Competitive pay range : $37.50 - $56.25 per hour. Night shifts : 8 and 12-hour shifts with every third weekend rotation. Sign-On Bonus : Up to $15,000 for 3rd Shift RNs. Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000 available. Tuition Assistance : Up to $7,200 per year. Registered Nurse license issued by the state. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform patient transfers safely. Exposure to chemical and hazardous waste; protective gear required.
Position Overview : Join our dynamic 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, where you will care for a diverse and complex patient population, including those recovering from :
- Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections
- Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries
- Hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program
- High volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients, along with medical overflow cases
