Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications :
2+ years of experience as a Floor Manager, or polished FOH leader in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environmentA natural leader with presence, poise, and impeccable polishA guest-first mindset—refined, warm, and able to create lasting impressionsMust be ready to grow with a group expanding across Atlanta, Florida, and the CarolinasDaily responsibilities will include overseeing front-of-house operations, training staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiencesRestaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills :
Experience in high-profile restaurant openingsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage a diverse team and foster a positive work environmentPassion for fine dining and luxury service standardsPrevious experience in a Michelin-starred or award-winning establishment would be a plus
