The VP of ABA Operations will own a $30M+ P&L across 4 states (Virginia, Michigan, Illinois, and Ohio), with the opportunity to grow across the broader Ivy footprint. This role will report to the Division President of Pediatric Operations and be a member of our Operations Leadership Team. Key responsibilities include driving operational excellence and results to care for and deliver best-in-class pediatric therapy to our patients and families.

We depend on our VP of ABA Operations to :

  • Define Service Line Strategy & Vision
  • Provide Visionary Leadership for Talent Development
  • Champion Clinical Excellence and Industry Standards
  • Lead Strategic Growth Leadership
  • Oversee Operational Excellence
  • Qualified candidates will possess the following :

  • A minimum of five (5) years of regional clinical leadership experience
  • Experience operating a P&L in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Ownership mentality and results-oriented, able to overcome obstacles
  • Highly skilled in diplomacy, influencing, and collaborating in decision-making processes
  • Proven analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and quantitative abilities
  • Experience in opening de novo clinics, driving acquisition integration, and / or leading clinic turnaround
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in ABA or pediatric / behavioral therapy is strongly preferred
