About the Role
Do you strive to make the complex understood and create satisfying user interfaces? We are looking for a hands-on Senior UX Designer with a history of quality product design as we bring our next-gen platform to the world. This is an opportunity to be at the heart of the AI movement to better humanity. As the product team's UX Designer you’ll work directly with our CTO and VP of Engineering to design and build sophisticated yet elegant user interfaces for the Kizen platform and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Spend roughly 80% of time on features and improvements within the existing design system, and 20% on improvements to the system itself (or self-guided design).
Be a key participant in requirements grooming meetings where critical product direction and feature decisions are discussed.
Review and contribute design guidance to feature tickets; collaborate with product and engineering to ideate on solutions for use-cases from existing customers and internal stakeholders.
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps; maintain a competitive edge against industry trends.
Utilize a metrics-based approach to evaluate customer feedback and prioritize UI improvements to maximize user experience.
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness); ensure pixel-perfect mockups to reduce ambiguity in development and QA.
Be the voice of the customer; understand product specifications and user psychology to predict what might work for both.
Maintain and evolve the Figma-based design system; create easy-to-use design tools for Product Owners; share best practices with the team.
Manage and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced, detail- and deadline-oriented environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Journalism, Communications, Design, or equivalent relevant marketing experience.
4+ years of UI / UX Design experience within an application.
A portfolio that demonstrates work experience in this field.
Strong ability to take an idea from concept to full implementation with attention to detail.
Experience managing projects and engagements involving multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills.
Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to a quickly changing environment.
Driven and self-motivated; autonomous problem solver.
Located in Austin, Texas and eager for 4 days in our Domain office.
Authorized to work in the United States with no restrictions.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional experience in other roles within the product organization.
Experience designing interfaces with AI interaction surfaces.
Comfortable interfacing directly with customers / users.
Previous start-up, B2B, and / or consulting experience is a plus.

Compensation and Location
Base pay range : $110,000.00 / yr - $130,000.00 / yr. Location : Austin, TX | Hybrid (Minimum 4 days in office) | Full Time
OTE - ($126,000 - $150,000). Compensation ranges vary based on experience. We also offer equity and benefits packages.
