About the Job We’re looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to keep our fleet rolling strong. This position handles everything from routine maintenance to major repairs on Class 8 trucks, trailers, and Reefer Units etc.. You’ll work on engines, brakes, electrical, trailer components - everything to make sure drivers are running smooth and safe.

What You’ll Do

Perform regular preventive maintenance and inspections on trucks and trailers

Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines, electrical issues, brakes, and AC systems

Handle major engine and component repairs as needed

Service trailers, liftgates, and related equipment

Keep detailed and accurate maintenance records

Maintain a clean and safe work area

What You Need

Hands-on experience working with diesel engines and fleet equipment

Ability to perform major repairs without supervision

Strong understanding of electrical and air systems

Must have your own tools

Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Experience

2+ years of diesel repair or fleet maintenance work

Familiar with Cummins or Detroit engines

Experience using maintenance tracking systems (Cetaris or similar)

CDL Class A preferred but not required

Trailer maintenance experience a plus
