Job description7+ years in software development with C# and Web API Strong SQL experience and relational database design Experience with DevOps, CI / CD pipelines, Terraform, and Git Strong academic track record with degree in Computer Science or related field Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Self-motivated, quick learner, and demonstrated ability for learning new technology Experience in Azure cloud development Familiarity with Databricks or Snowflake Knowledge of messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus Background in modernizing and transitioning software architecture and technology Understanding of Workday and / or Salesforce Front-end development experience using React Scripting skills in Python and PowerShell Awareness of accounting and finance fundamentals and work experience in the financial services industry Proficiency in Excel automation including building functions, macros, and custom add-ins

Primary Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain custom .NET applications including STP trade platform, portfolio management tools, and front-office modules
- Drive modernization efforts by contributing to cloud and web transformation initiatives
- Integrate and extend third-party platforms like Workday and Salesforce
- Collaborate with business and project teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Troubleshoot performance issues and implement robust fixes
