We're Hiring : Director Of Marketing (Remote - Full Time)

This is a remote position.

Location : Remote (LATAM preferred)

Contract Type : Independent Contractor (Service Provision)

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, Full-Time

Language Requirement : English C1 or higher (mandatory)

About The Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and strategic Director of Marketing to lead our marketing department. This leadership role is responsible for supervising the marketing team, overseeing the successful execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, and driving innovation in our service offerings.

You will work closely with internal teams and clients to align marketing initiatives with business goals, develop scalable strategies, and ensure that our agency remains competitive and cutting-edge in the digital marketing space.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Oversight

  • Manage the marketing team by overseeing workloads, providing direction, and ensuring accountability.
  • Review and approve all deliverables before submission to clients.
  • Balance team workloads and conduct regular performance check-ins.
  • Take executive decisions to reduce CEO involvement in day-to-day tasks.

2. Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email, paid ads).
  • Oversee SEO content strategies, keyword planning, and monthly article production.
  • Select E-Blast topics and approve copy and design prior to deployment.
  • Supervise social media calendars to ensure alignment with client goals.
  • 3. Market Research & Revenue Development

  • Identify emerging trends and profitable services (e.g., AI video, data-driven marketing).
  • Develop new service packages to increase agency revenue.
  • Monitor competitors and analyze market needs for upselling opportunities.
  • 4. Website Audits & Reporting

  • Conduct marketing-focused website audits to improve SEO, UI / UX, and conversions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of monthly client reports with actionable insights.
  • 5. CRM & Client Communication

  • Optimize CRM tools for marketing operations and client follow-ups.
  • Delegate CRM-related tasks and ensure structured communication with clients.
  • 6. Delegation & Process Optimization

  • Delegate administrative and operational tasks to the appropriate team members.
  • Streamline marketing workflows for improved turnaround and output.
  • 7. Performance Analysis

  • Analyze marketing performance data and adjust campaigns based on results.
  • Ensure all assets (forms, phone numbers, tracking links) are tested before launch.
  • 8. Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Collaborate with development, sales, and leadership to align goals and strategies.
  • Participate in business strategy meetings to drive marketing growth.
  • 9. Team Development

  • Mentor junior team members and promote professional growth.
  • Encourage continuous improvement and a forward-thinking approach within the department.
  • Requirements

    7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

    Proven ability to manage and grow a remote marketing team.

    Expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, content, email, paid media, and social.

    Strong understanding of CRM and automation tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).

    Experience leading multi-channel campaigns with clear KPIs and ROI tracking.

    Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

    Proficient in conducting website audits and interpreting performance metrics.

    Strong verbal and written communication in English (C1 or higher).

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's or certifications are a plus).
