Job descriptionRate is flexible please inquire with Account Manager Amount of coverage needed per month : every weekend Patients per day : 12-13 Patient population spinal cord injury stroke TBI ortho general rehab pain management? Not TBI or spinal cord at present Department description : inpatient acute care rehab units. Provider will be responsible for admissions discharges and rounding. There are internal and general medicine providers available for acure medical issues. Consult services available neurology orthopedics pain internal medicine Case mix — general PMR vs. subspecialty-focused? General for now Special procedures : prefer providers who are able to do bread and butter PMR procedures like EMG / NCS joint injections spasticity management with Botox or intrathecal baclofen pumps. Hospital Inpatient Board Certification : Will take BE or BC License required : yes CA license required DEA : yes CA DEA required Certifications preferred : n / a Certifications required : AHA BLS Minimum experience required : must have at least 2 year experience working inpatient PMR 1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request) Certification Requirements : Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
