Job Description & Requirements Specialty : ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 17 / 2025 Duration : 26 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel ROLE ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS : Regulatory / Educational Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current state Registered Nurse Licensure, within the state of Colorado. Compact license is accepted, and a Colorado License must be obtained within the first 90 days of hire. Willingness to care for patients - Newborns (28 days) to end of life
• Current BLS Certification.
• Current PALS certification (excludes FBC).- PALS can be obtained at the facility if the candidate needs it
• Current ACLS certification
• Successful completion of EKG course Patient Ratio- The patient ratio for ICU is 2 : 1 for all ICU status patients. If Med Surg status patients are in the unit, the ICU nurse often takes 4 : 1 if there are no current ICU status patients. Patient Population- The patient population varies, but DKA, Cardiac, Sepsis, Surgical, and high-risk-of-decline patients are often admitted to the ICU “We are an equal opportunity employer.
