Registered Nurse (RN) - Bilingual

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) - Bilingual Spanish & English-Part Time.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound patient calls for a multi-state nurse triage telephone service, utilizing established protocols

Conduct clinical assessments and triage patients by phone or through patient portal, providing necessary follow-up care

Facilitate referrals, coordinate follow-up care, and participate in Remote Patient Monitoring initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing

Minimum of 2-4 years of full-time clinical experience as a Registered Nurse

Previous telephone triage experience using electronic triage systems

Licenses required : Compact + NY, IL, MA

Experience in areas such as ER / Urgent Care, Adult, Pediatric, OB / GYN, Orthopedic, Ambulatory Care, Home Health, or ICU
