Job description

Social Media Content Creator job at Solomon Page. Irvine, CA. Our client, a national CPG brand is seeking a highly creative and trend-savvy TikTok Content Creator to develop engaging, on-the-fly video content for product demos. Working closely with our in-house testing team, this role will bring prototypes to life through fun, eye-catching, and hook-driven short-form videos. The ideal candidate lives and breathes TikTok, has a strong understanding of the platform’s trends and best practices, and can translate technical product details into entertaining, share-worthy content. While the videos will be for internal use only, the creative direction may inspire future consumer-facing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Concept, shoot, and edit TikTok-style videos highlighting product demos and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with demo specialists to learn product functionality and translate it into engaging video narratives.
  • Apply creative storytelling techniques and hooks to capture attention in the first few seconds.
  • Stay ahead of TikTok trends, editing styles, and platform best practices.
  • Ensure all video assets align with project goals while maintaining originality and creativity.
  • Work on-site in Clearwater, FL, capturing content directly in the product testing lab.
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and NDA requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record of creating successful TikTok content (portfolio or samples required).
  • Strong video production skills, including shooting, editing, and sound integration.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and content formats.
  • Ability to think creatively and produce content with minimal direction.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Must be local to Clearwater, FL, and available for on-site work.
  • Ability to work under NDA and handle confidential projects.
  • Prior experience creating content for consumer products, lifestyle, or tech brands.
  • Knowledge of beauty or home / lifestyle product categories.
  • Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
  • Experience crafting content for both internal and external brand campaigns.
