Starting Pay : $18.00
After 90-day training completed : $23.00
Job Summary :
In this role you will pull and set molds, operate equipment, troubleshoot processes, conduct material changeovers, and coordinate efforts with shift supervisors, molding schedulers, and technicians to maintain efficiency and quality in production.

Physical Requirements :
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
