The Opportunity

MICHAEL M is seeking a Sales Director to lead our new Beverly Hills boutique — a dynamic, hands-on sales leader who will represent the brand, drive revenue, and build meaningful relationships with clients.

This is not a corporate management role — it's a high-impact, client-facing position for a sales champion who thrives on closing business, hosting private appointments, and cultivating lasting client connections. You'll lead by example as the boutique's top seller while mentoring a high-performing team that embodies the MICHAEL M experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of MICHAEL M in Beverly Hills; developing, maintaining, and growing client relationships.
• Lead by example in achieving and exceeding individual and store sales goals.
• Build, train, and inspire a small boutique team focused on exceptional service and relationship selling.
• Host private appointments, client events, and trunk shows to drive engagement and sales.
• Ensure the boutique reflects the brand's standards of elegance, hospitality, and design excellence.
