What You'll Do :

Monitor and manage communications for the property, dispatching security-related personnel as needed to various areas of the location.

Receive and respond to calls for assistance, coordinating with Allied Universal team members and / or emergency services as appropriate.

Maintain detailed logs and records of all incidents, dispatches, and communications during the shift.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry points and authorizing visitor and vendor access according to site-specific policies.

Provide customer service to tenants, guests, and employees, addressing inquiries and security-related concerns in a professional manner.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and procedures.

Communicate important information to on-site security-related personnel and management to help to deter incidents and maintain order within the location.

Support regular and random patrols by coordinating and directing security-related personnel to designated areas as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
