This role collaborates closely with product owners, business analysts, designers, and technical leads to deliver high-quality digital solutions. The engineer participates in agile squad ceremonies, contributes to UI standards, and supports the full software development lifecycle driving continuous improvement. / ppEssential Functions / pulliDrive development, implementation, and support of the KeyNavigator platform / liliCollaborate with product owners and business analysts to develop features aligned with standards and best practices / liliParticipate in agile squad ceremonies and the release process across the digital team / liliDevelop and maintain UI standards; conduct code and design reviews / liliEstimate, design, implement, document, test, and deploy software solutions / liliInterpret wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements / liliFollow and promote best practices and standards for the team / liliContribute ideas to advance technology and improve processes / liliCollaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams / liliMonitor junior developers / liliReport status and progress to scrum masters and technical leads / liliAdapt and work with team members across varying experience levels / li / ulpEducation / pulliBachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (required) / li / ulpWork Experience / pulli3+ years of experience in Angular development / lili2+ years of experience in mobile app development / lili3+ years of experience working in agile development environments / lili3+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams / liliMobile app development experience is a plus. / li / ulpSkills / pulliStrong proficiency in Angular front-end development / liliExperience in developing and deploying Front End Applications. / liliHybrid mobile applications (e.g. Cordova, Capacitor) and programming languages like Swift, Kotlin, Java and Objective-C. / liliExperience interpreting design specifications and wireframes / liliFamiliarity with agile methodologies and ceremonies / liliAbility to develop and enforce UI standards / liliStrong communication and collaboration skills / liliProblem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities / liliExperience with release management and deployment processes / liliAbility to work independently and within a team / liliCommitment to continuous learning and improvement / li / ulpCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS / ppThis position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $71,000.00 - $122,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
