About the Role
Play a vital role in our client’s manufacturing operations as a Wood Carpenter. You’ll be responsible for constructing large-scale frames and components for HVAC housing units. Your craftsmanship will directly support projects installed in high-profile buildings such as hospitals and universities.
Responsibilities
Install architectural doors, walls, and trimHandle and prepare building materialsRead and interpret tape measurements and blueprintsAssemble and erect large-scale wooden frames (up to 30x30 ft)Operate standard power tools (circular saws, drills, reciprocating saws, etc.)Work safely and follow all company safety rules and policiesCollaborate with team members in a fast-paced production environmentEnsure all builds meet structural and quality standardsQualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required1+ year experience in carpentry (construction experience preferred)Ability to read a tape measure; blueprint reading is a plusSkilled in use of power tools and measuring equipmentAbility to read and speak either English or SpanishStrong verbal communication skills and teamwork mindsetAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periodsComfortable working in varying temperatures and noise levels (90+ decibels)Benefits & Perks
