Job description

Job Opportunity : Bilingual Customer Retention Specialist

We're hiring a bilingual customer retention specialist in Broomfield, CO. This hybrid position requires three days in the office.

What You'll Do

Engage customers : Reach out proactively to understand and address reasons for potential service discontinuation.

Resolve issues : Take ownership of customer concerns, ensuring high satisfaction and minimal escalation.

Make decisions : Act independently to resolve customer needs with confidence and efficiency.

Deliver excellence : Collaborate across teams and communicate with senior management to provide outstanding service.

Negotiate solutions : Work directly with customers to overcome adoption barriers and resolve pain points.

Document thoroughly : Maintain detailed records of interactions and activities in Salesforce.

Analyze trends : Use data to identify opportunities to improve retention and reduce churn.

Collaborate cross-functionally : Partner with sales and support to manage escalations and enhance the customer experience.

Create content : Develop and deliver materials that support customer adoption and engagement.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in customer service and retention

Bilingual in English and Spanish (or Portuguese)

Proficiency in Salesforce

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
