At TamCare Services, we’ve been serving Florida’s commercial properties since 1994. We’re proud to be an essential business with over 30 years of reliable growth. Now we’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Part-Time Building Supervisor to lead our evening cleaning teams in Boca Raton.

This isn’t a desk job. It’s a leadership role for someone who doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves when it counts—and knows how to keep things moving even when no one’s watching.

Boca Raton, FL | Part-Time | $16+ / hr | Monday–Friday, 6 : 00 PM–10 : 30 PM

You’ll report to the Operations Director and Area Manager and work closely with cleaning team members onsite. You’ll also collaborate with our head trainer and support staff to ensure your building runs smoothly and stays client-ready at all times.
