Position Summary :

This key leadership role is responsible for driving sustainable profitable growth in Benco's large, broad and profitable Private Label division by increasing Benco Brand market share through innovative product development across a significant number of product lines. This position will develop, implement, and lead the strategic vision for launching dozens of new products annually, educating our sales team and customers on Benco Brand products, and effectively managing vendor relations, product portfolio, publications, and promotions. The successful candidate will possess and develop the knowledge about assigned product lines within the team to be a resource for customers, sales reps, and the company to see trends and drive maximum revenue / margin opportunities. This position is also responsible for the growth of private label product sales in direct-to-consumer e-commerce channels.

• Ability to lead, mentor and guide associates to meet and surpass company strategic goals
• Successful track record of developing and delivering comprehensive product launch programs including sales training, customer and sales facing marketing and training collateral, and associate training programs
• Ability to multi-task, have excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to leverage technology to evaluate market conditions and opportunity, manage workflow and productivity and ensure team focus is on meeting companywide OKRs
