A company is looking for a Director, HRBP to lead a high-performing HRBP function and partner with executive teams.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic HRBP to understand the operating model and culture while delivering core HRBP responsibilities
Lead the HRBP team, managing HRBPs and ensuring strategic partnerships across all functions
Establish systems for manager coaching, performance management, and talent retention
Required Qualifications
7+ years of HRBP experience with direct partnership with senior executives
Experience leading HRBPs in a high-growth startup environment
A strategic mindset with the ability to ask insightful questions and provide clear feedback
Strong systems thinking and a bias for action to drive results
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
