A company is looking for a Senior Sales Compensation Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Support the creation and implementation of compensation plans and incentives aligned with business priorities
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on compensation strategy and lead quarterly incentive payout processing
Analyze performance data to provide insights into incentive plan effectiveness and manage sales contests
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of experience in compensation design or sales operations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive strategic insights from data
Proficiency in Excel or similar tools; experience with sales compensation tools is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize based on business needs
Familiarity with sales models and compensation strategy
